PUMP! is a
fun exercise program for teens and adults, whether you have already
been exercising or just starting an exercise program. It combines low
impact aerobics and circuit training with simple and fun movements
set to music. The class is limited to 60, and the cost is $2 per class.
There is no charge for the first class. Cheryl Stallings from Methodist
Medical Center is the instructor. Register at class or call (865) 835-2268
